Since the Cohen’s (sad) departure in 2007, I’m sure many of us have dreamed about living in the iconic OC house that was home to some of our favourite TV characters of all time. Well, good news OC fans, the house is on the market and can be yours! Assuming, of course, that you have roughly $6.25 million dollars to spare on California real estate.

Situated on 4 acres in Malibu, California (yes, Malibu, not Orange County) sits this stunning 6,376 square foot Italian villa that was the ultimate dream home for anyone who grew up watching all 4 seasons of the OC. While the interior isn’t quite the same as in the show, this 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom mansion complete with a gourmet kitchen still exudes all the luxury and charm you would expect from the Cohen’s home,  plus plenty of space to hold your yearly Chrismukkah get together.

One thing that is noticeably missing from the backyard is the legendary pool house where Ryan Atwood (Benjamin Mackenzie) spent much of his time brooding. Personally, we think the bright and spacious sun room, dark wooded office and infinity pool make up for this small inconsistency, however if you were really hoping to have a pool house all to your own, an extra $1M could probably get you an exact replica.

And while it won’t make you instant friends with Seth, Marisa, Summer and Ryan, Trulia does boast that the home offers “intense privacy for residents who want to avoid the prying eyes of the paparazzi…or evil surfer dudes named Volchuk”, which are pretty much the next best things.
